The best organoleptic quality in the world. The entire production and packaging of this exquisite product is
carried out by hand following ancient craft criteria. The fishing is done in Spain (Cantabria region) where the
protection and sustainibility policies (biological rest) of the territory combined with the cold and clean sea,
enable the fish to grow more in size. Production cycle takes place using anchovies fished between april and
july (before the egg-laying period) when the fat concentrates most in the eggs and in the seed so resulting a
tastier product. Three different packaging referred to salted anchovies allow us to hit different markets and
different people’s needs. In particular the 850g’s packaging was born as an exclusive of ours; it is a can made
100% from plastic food and is designed to counteract the natural obsolescence (due to sal and wear) of tinplate
and to make the product more accessible to the consumer.
The most exquisite and meaty anchovy fillets from the salted anchovies of the cantabrian sea, clean and processed
by hand and preserve in a delicate olive oil which guarantees the preservation of the taste and sensory
properties,are flat in different but elegant packaging in glass jar. The anchovies fillets in olive oil are distinctive
for their size, flesh and flavour and are perfect for the preparation of excellent canapes and gourmet dishes.
